General Production WorkerThis entry-level General Production Worker role supports a climate-controlled production facility that processes and handles rental uniforms for multiple customers. The environment includes production lines, stocking areas, and specialized stations such as mat rolling, utility, and wash alley. The role involves general labor tasks, including lifting and moving boxes, and performing repetitive production activities. Multiple full-time shifts are available: first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), second shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and third shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM). Dress expectations align with a typical production facility, emphasizing safety, practicality, and comfort appropriate for a hands-on manufacturing setting.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Culpeper, VA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
