Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant IVSeeking a Senior Consultant to serve as a national Large Group analytics and forecasting leader supporting all nine Kaiser Permanente regions. This role combines strategic consulting, membership forecasting, executive communication, and hands-on data analytics, requiring strong Databricks and SQL expertise to develop scalable insights, forecasting solutions, and business recommendations that drive growth and retention across the enterprise.Job Summary:This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and interpreting data analyses. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.Preferred Qualifications:Two (2) years project management experience.Two (2) years experience in process improvement.
