Maintenance Supervisor

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturer within the pharmaceutical and healthcare products industry for a permanent onsite position located in Wilson, NC . The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance personnel and equipment reliability initiatives to support continuous manufacturing operations. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include: Lead and coordinate daily activities for maintenance technicians and contractors. Prioritize maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs. Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvement strategies. Support maintenance budgeting, inventory management, and resource planning. Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications for the Maintenance Supervisor include: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred. Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. Experience utilizing CMMS software and maintenance planning processes. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Compensation for the Maintenance Supervisor: Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000/year (USD) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) This job opens for applications on 8/17/26.
