- Job Summary:*
- Key Responsibilities:*
- Work closely with *global business and IT stakeholders* to facilitate seamless data management processes during M&A transactions.
- Partner with Technical Leads to *develop and implement data transfer strategies* that align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee *data mapping, documentation, ingestion, transfer, and verification* for multi-million-dollar transactions.
- Track and report data transfers in *Smartsheet*, monitor project costs, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Support the *decommissioning and archival of applications*, ensuring data integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Contribute to the *standardization of tools, processes, playbooks, and methodologies* to enhance efficiency in acquisitions and divestitures (A&D).
- Qualifications & Skills:*
- Experience in *data management, M&A transactions, or IT project management*, preferably within the *healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry*.
- Proficiency in *Smartsheet* or other project tracking tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to bridge *technical and business teams*.
- Knowledge of *data governance, compliance, and application lifecycle management* is a plus.
