Member Service Concierge

We are seeking a Member Service Concierge to be the welcoming face of the credit union and the first point of contact for members entering the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Actively engaging members to identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or service area.
• Assisting members with basic account inquiries, digital banking tools and technology support.
• Performing basic teller functions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and payments.
• Educating and promoting credit union products, services, and digital solutions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment.
• Providing administrative and operational support to branch and back-office teams as needed.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
