Descripción General:
El Asesor de Servicio es responsable de gestionar la relación con los clientes que requieren servicios para sus vehículos, brindando orientación, soluciones y supervisando el proceso de reparación o mantenimiento. Su principal función es garantizar que los clientes reciban un servicio de calidad, eficiente y dentro de los plazos establecidos, manteniendo siempre una excelente comunicación y fidelidad del cliente.
Requisitos:
- Bachillerato completado en Administración de Empresas, preferiblemente.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en rol similar.
- Dominio del sistema telefónico y programas de MS Office.
- Completamente bilingüe (español - inglés).
- Buena presencia y profesionalismo.
- Debe poseer Licencia de Conducir de Puerto Rico vigente.
- Disponible para viajar fuera de Puerto Rico.
- Capacidad para manejo de solución.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo poca supervisión.
- Conocimiento de Tekion o CDK.
