Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments.* **Rising seniors** (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads) may participate in the **Huntington Internship Program**, an **11-week**, role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities.All interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization. Students will partner directly with retail leadership, C2C program managers, and retail support partners to contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance the colleague experience across the Huntington retail team. Interns will strengthen their communication skills while using Microsoft programs, AI tools, and other internal systems to support the development of strategic execution plans and presentations.Opportunities may include exposure to Commit To CARE initiatives, such as the fraud journey, call center partnership and call reduction efforts, enhanced compensation planning, internal AI tool development, and more.
