Anesthesiology Physician

Thriving Independent Group Practice affiliated with a large hospital.
Located in Southeast Indiana about 45 minutes to Indianapolis.
Their team consists of 12 physicians and 4 CRNA s whom cover a diverse range of cases including General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric, Dental, Cath Lab and OB-GYN. Cardiac anesthesia is available but not a requirement. No neurosurgery.
The physicians own the practice as equal partners and their operation is fair and equal. A full partnership is achieved in 18 months. Compensation, workload, call (1 in 6), and vacation (8 weeks) are aligned with the regional market.

Starting salary $450k-$500k plus full benefits
Partnership will be discussed after 18 months of employment
