As a server, you'll be the embodiment of our restaurant's atmosphere. Guiding guests through an exceptional dining journey, you'll offer insights and recommendations, ensuring each guest feels at ease. Your service extends beyond the plate, as you help create connections, you'll channel the energy into personalized and memorable experiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Guest-Focused Mentality: Displays exceptional guest-focused skills to provide attentive and personalized service, prioritizing the guest experience. Must have previous experience in full-service hospitality.
- Attention to Detail: Possesses a keen focus to detail in table setup, presentation, and order accuracy, upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities, and enjoys engaging with guests and team members to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
