Cash Management Specialist

TheCash Management Specialistis responsible for the accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of all corporate bank account activity. This role acts as a key liaison between the Treasury department and financial institutions, ensuring timely resolution of cash-related inquiries and issues. This is a hybrid position requiring four days onsite and one day remote per week, with a pay rate of up to $23 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and track all cash receipts and disbursements daily Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on schedule Maintain and update account reconciliation spreadsheets Record payments in the accounts payable (A/P) sub-ledger Reconcile corporate bank accounts monthly Review and audit team members’ journal entries for accuracy Audit and clear manual wire payments as needed Reconcile PNC A/P credit card and corporate card transactions Communicate with banking partners to resolve discrepancies or inquiries Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Exposure to corporate accounting functions and reconciliation processes Nice-to-Have Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or a related finance/accounting function Exposure to large ERP systems such as SAP Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (intermediate to advanced) Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash reconciliation Effective verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization Ability to work on-site in Newport Beach 4 days per week Preferred Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accountability in completing financial tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
