Location: Niles, IL Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $16-$18 per hour plus performance incentives and commission (earning potential of $21+ per hour)

As a Team Lead, you'll serve as the go-to leader during your shift, balancing customer service, sales, operational excellence, and team development. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Every shift is different, but your focus will always be on creating a great experience for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading daily shift operations and helping the team meet performance goals
• Setting the pace by modeling excellent customer service and professionalism
• Coaching team members on service, sales, and operational expectations
• Promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships and premium services
• Assisting with customer questions and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
• Opening or closing the site when assigned
• Monitoring wash equipment and communicating maintenance needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility for customers and employees
• Tracking operational metrics such as sales, memberships, vehicle counts, and shift activities
• Supporting inventory management and daily operational tasks
• Creating a positive, energetic environment where teammates can succeed

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Naturally takes initiative and enjoys leading others
• Communicates clearly and motivates teammates
• Stays calm and organized during busy periods
• Provides exceptional customer service while balancing operational priorities
• Has previous leadership, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Is dependable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Can comfortably work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift
• Is able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as part of normal job duties

No previous car wash experience? That's okay. We'll provide the training, coaching, and support needed to help you become a successful leader.
