This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.What You Will Do:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives. Identify and track top material risks; drive focused, cross-functional action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.Work with partners, suppliers, spare parts teams, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.Mitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.Establish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve MRO performance.Support development and execution of aftermarket strategies, including Sustainment, Aftermarket Strategy, and Partnership contract renewals.Develop and implement strategies to achieve program objectives, including customer-specific initiatives.Support the Program Manager in leading multi-functional teams for program execution and capture.Provide timely status updates to Commercial Engines senior leadership; create and manage consistent reporting processes for IPMT and program leadership.Track and report cost, schedule, engine status, customer updates, financials, and internal program review information.Manage program priorities and ensure alignment across AIPT and IPMT stakeholders.Coordinate with enterprise functions to close organizational gaps and support program execution.Contribute to organization-wide initiatives, including employee engagement, wellness, and safety committees.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:Operations, engineering, program management and project management.Qualifications We Prefer:Demonstrated leadership competencies should include: Strategic Leadership; Focus on Results; Teamwork; Communication and Listening Skills.Excellent problem-solving skills: proactive and solution oriented Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills for audiences at all levels of P&W and customersAbility to rapidly assimilate information to produce strategies and outcomes that achieve program objectivesAbility to take ownership of assigned projects/initiatives and independently drive for resultsLearn More and Apply:Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
