Overview Supervising Pediatric Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatric Therapy Are you an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to advance your career and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children? Therapitas, a leading non-profit pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic PT to join our multidisciplinary team in a supervisory role. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients. Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation). Oklahoma PT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to supervise PTAs and work with students. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – interpreter support is provided.
