Junior Accountant

Location: Pearl City

Salary: $26/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and maintenance of accurate financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing account reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Process invoices, review expense documentation, and verify transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies, maintain organized financial documentation, and provide support for audits and other financial projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2 years of A/R, or A/P experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently with provided guidance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
