Office Manager: Dixon , Illinois

Our customer in Dixon, Illinois, is seeking an organized, personable, and resourceful individual to join their team as an Office Manager. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with hospitality, customer service, or office administration background who enjoys interacting with people and helping create a welcoming, professional environment.

 

Responsibilities of the  Office Manager :

• Order and maintain office, cleaning, and facility supplies.
• Keep office equipment, including copy machines, supplied and operational.
• Assist tenants with basic technology needs, including Wi-Fi setup and conference room AV equipment.
• Coordinate and schedule vendors such as carpet cleaning services.
• Schedule contractors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Process and distribute virtual mail received on behalf of global clients.
• Build positive relationships with coworking tenants and assist with general requests.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional coworking environment.
• Serve as a resource for members while seated at the front of the facility.

 

Office Manager   Requirements and Qualifications:

• Understanding of facility and building oversight.
• Comfortable working with technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hospitality, office administration, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

 

Pay for  Office Manager : $20/hour.

 

Office Manager   Benefits:

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Flexible schedule available, approximately 35-40 hours per week.
