Required : Employee must successfully complete an orientation process that identifies skills needed to practice in their position and in their job assignment. Skill requirements must be met and maintained to ensure employee competency. - Board Eligibility in appropriate Specialty at time of initial appointment.
- Licensed MD/DO in State of Kentucky/Indiana
- Completion of ACGME Residency
- Eligible to bill under Medicare/Medicaid
- Board certification in appropriate specialty
- Previous postgraduate hospital Based experience
- Render timely appropriate patient care to meet the: clinical needs of the affected patient population. These activities will be monitored on an ongoing basis through the peer review process.
- In addition, these activities will result in bi-annual reappointment based on maintenance of licensure, peer review, physician profile record.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
