CDL-A OTR Company Driver – SKYROAD INC

SKYROAD INC is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for dry van freight.

Pay & Miles
• $0.70 CPM base – loaded and empty miles
• Up to $0.10 CPM additional performance pay
• Up to $0.80 CPM total
• Usually 4,000+ miles per week depending on freight and driver availability

Performance Pay
• +$0.03 CPM – Daily PTI compliance
• +$0.03 CPM – Safe driving performance
• +$0.02 CPM – On-time pickup and delivery
• +$0.02 CPM – Home-time compliance and dispatch cooperation

Schedule
• Minimum 3 weeks OTR
• Up to 3–4 days home time
• Drivers who stay out 4 weeks and follow the company schedule qualify for full performance incentives

Freight
• Dry Van
• No-touch freight
• Drop & hook available
• Lightweight loads
• Loaded and empty miles paid

Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
• SAP clear
• Acceptable MVR and safety record
• Samsara dual-facing camera required while driving
• Weekly PTI compliance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
