Responsibilities Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations Participates as the manager-on-duty driving engagement Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent Utilizes company tools to analyze business opportunities Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately Engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue Requirements 1+ years store leadership experience Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays Soft Skills customer service team leadership event programming employee engagement recruiting hiring talent retention communication flexibility styling recommendations #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
