As a Lead Guide, you will: Lead a fully implemented AMI Primary environment with fidelity to Montessori philosophy Observe, guide, and support each child’s individual development Foster a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom community Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate records of student progress and development Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative staff culture Why Join St. Mary's?
