Shifts: Days & Nights, 1:2-3 patient ratios, every other weekend rotation

This role focuses on providing care in a lower acuity ICU setting, working with diverse patient types including general ICU, stroke, COVID, surgical, and more. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Monitor and manage ventilators, chest tubes, and tracheostomies
• Interpret and respond to telemetry readings
• Conduct proning and manage line insertions
• Facilitate peripheral blood draws and administer medications
• Participate in patient care planning and coordination

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2-3 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency in EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis systems
• Comfortable floating to the Cardiac unit
