Immediate Openings For LCPC/LCSW Therapists Start within 1‑2 months, pending insurance credentialing Active patient waiting list to be assigned to therapist Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc.) Wide variety of patients for exposure to new clinical experiences Awesome leadership team focused on supporting growth Steady pay with excellent benefits and bonus structure Ability to customize hours Potential to grow into a leadership role within the organization Responsibilities And Duties Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training Other meaningful responsibilities within the role Required Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Preferred Qualifications And Skills Creative and innovative approaches to mental health Experience with children, adolescents, and teens Experience with couples and families General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing What Else You Should Know This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director Compensation Salary: $83,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health-Capital Region NY
