Dealership Audi Coral Springs About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to serve as the vital link between our customers and our expert technicians. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be driven by customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests. Verify warranty and service contract coverage. Develop estimates, cost materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payment including deductibles. Write repair orders, obtain approval signatures, and enter them into the service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. Keep customers informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses. Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring that customer needs and recommended repairs are clearly understood. Qualifications Previous Service Advisor experience preferred. Experience as an automotive technician is a plus. Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service. Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence. High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
