RADIANT WELLNES MASSAGE is seeking a full-time Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional, client-centered care in a supportive onsite environment in Fredericksburg, VA.

Position Summary

The Massage Therapist provides professional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall wellness. You will create a welcoming experience for clients by assessing needs, preparing for sessions, and delivering treatments with care and professionalism.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented therapist who takes pride in high-quality client service and maintains a clean, organized treatment space.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy sessions according to client needs, established goals, and safe treatment practices.

• Conduct brief pre-session consultations to understand comfort needs, areas of concern, and any relevant client information.

• Prepare the treatment room and linens, ensuring cleanliness, proper draping, and a professional presentation.

• Maintain accurate session notes and follow clinic procedures for scheduling, documentation, and client flow.

• Communicate effectively with clients to support a comfortable experience and promote repeat visits.

Required Qualifications

• Active license or certification required to practice massage therapy in Virginia.

• Ability to provide safe, therapeutic massage techniques with a strong focus on client comfort and professionalism.

• Demonstrated commitment to client confidentiality and respectful, professional conduct.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client preferences and needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a wellness, spa, or clinical setting.
