Overview We are a warm, organized family with two young children (ages 2 and 5) looking for a dependable, engaging full-time nanny. This is a straightforward, long-term role for someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids, values consistency, and takes pride in creating a positive, structured day. What a Great Day Looks Like Kids are active, engaged, and spending time outside the home A balance of play, creativity, and simple structure Calm, consistent routines throughout the day A caregiver who is present, attentive, and dependable ResponsibilitiesChildcare (Primary Focus) Care for two children (ages 2 and 4) Plan simple, engaging daily activities: Outdoor play, parks, library, pool Arts, crafts, and hands-on play Encourage a mix of structured and free play Limit screen time to ~1 hour/day Maintain a safe, positive environment Light Household Support Children’s laundry (1x per week) Prepare simple meals 2x per week Tidy up after daily activities (kids’ spaces, meals, etc.) Schedule Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Occasional evening or weekend hours (as needed) Who This Role is a Great Fit For You are reliable and show up consistently You genuinely enjoy being around young children You are patient, calm, and nurturing You’re comfortable getting kids out of the house and staying active You don’t need to be micromanaged, but you also follow direction well Requirements 2+ years of childcare or nanny experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable driving children to activities Non-smoker Willing to complete a background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Applecross
