Mobile Coffee Truck Barista
As a Mobile Coffee Truck Barista, you'll be the face of our brand, serving up a variety of espresso-based beverages to our customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Craft a variety of drinks ensuring consistency and quality with every cup.
- Ensure the coffee truck is clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies. Help with basic maintenance and restocking of equipment as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using cash or POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, inform the manager of low stock, and help with restocking supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring food and drink preparation areas are sanitized and safe at all times.
- Represent our brand positively in the community, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable work environment.
