O2 Fitness Front Desk / Customer Service Team Member

O2 Fitness offers the best in fitness equipment, personal training and group exercise throughout the Carolinas. Responsibilities:

  • Creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service and cleanliness to O2 Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
  • Greeting every member and guest with a smile, warm welcome.
  • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a variety of questions.
  • Signing guests up for memberships and scheduling members for Personal Training orientation.
  • Assisting with billing questions and handling member concerns.
  • Assisting the housekeeping team and ensuring the cleanliness of the club.
  • Refilling paper products, disinfectant bottles, folding towels and making sure all areas of the club are fully stocked.
  • Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars.
  • Merchandising products and keeping the cooler stocked.

Experience:

  • High school graduate is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members expectations.

Compensation:

Average pay rate of $13.27 per hour
