What You'll Do

• Maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems
• Monitor HVAC system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
• Inspect boilers, furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, mini-split systems, exhaust systems, and ventilation equipment as applicable
• Assist in maintaining documentation related to inspections, preventative maintenance schedules, equipment warranties, permits, and repair histories

Pay Range: $29.00 - $41.75 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certification
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification
• Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience
• Five (5) years of experience in building maintenance, construction trades, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and construction documents
• Valid Oregon Driver's License
• Ability to obtain and maintain any certifications required by state or local regulations
