Job Overview Sous Chef position at Tuckers Tavern, part of Fearless Restaurants Group in Beach Haven. Our team is looking for a professional, creative and natural leader to help develop seasonal menus, mentor staff and maintain high standards of kitchen operations. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative, seasonal menu items. Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain organization, professionalism and attention to detail. Collaborate with front‑of‑house to ensure seamless service. Maintain food safety standards, budgeting and cost optimization. Qualifications Minimum 2 years cooking in a professional environment. Strong leadership and staff education skills. ServSafe certification (or PA Food Handlers) required. Excellent cooking techniques and knife skills. Ability to work all stations, including Expo. Passion for building relationships with purveyors and local farmers. Strong communication, organization and proactive mindset. Benefits 15 days Paid Time Off in Years 1‑5, 20 days in Years 5‑+.
