Position Overview Kitchen Prep team member at Fogo de Chão. Supports the kitchen by preparing and presenting salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. Maintains inventory standards, kitchen cleanliness, and shift duties. Responsibilities Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner. Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards. Manage inventory levels, including storage, and assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management. Requirements Transport objects up to 50 lbs. Stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace. Work weekends and holidays. Benefits & Compensation Pay range: $15,00 to $18,00, dependent upon relevant work experience. For full‑time, hourly Team Members, medical, dental, and vision insurance become available on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability are also provided where allowed. A comprehensive voluntary benefits package includes critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part‑time Team Members receive a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health plan plus dental, vision, short‑term disability, and life insurance, with optional enrollment in pet insurance, legal, and ID protection.
