At destination, we aim to empower customers with real-time intelligent payment experiences which are seamless, personalized and resilient. We are a multi-tenant platform, with services that span across the end-to-end journey for payments for Capital One’s consumer loan products.**As a Director, Product Management, Payments, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for defining and delivering the future of Discover customer payment experiences and capabilities across credit cards and personal loans. You will play a critical leadership role in integrating Discover onto Capital One’s payments platform, while driving the next generation of payment capabilities that will serve tens of millions of customers.**The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who thrives on solving the industry’s most complex payment challenges. Adept at navigating ambiguity and possessing a deep passion for architecting elegant platform solutions, this leader will bridge the gap between business intent and engineering excellence, partnering with technical leads to build systems that are as robust as they are innovative. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
