Sales Associates

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Lin's Jewelry team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese Duties Engage customers in a welcoming and professional manner Utilize retail sales techniques to drive sales and meet targets Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Fluency in Japanese or Korean is a plus Proficiency in basic math for transactions Prior experience in retail sales preferred Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of retail math concepts Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships Familiarity with appliance sales is advantageous Ability to operate a cash register efficiently Join our Lin's Jewelry team as a Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic retail environment where your sales skills and customer service expertise will shine!
