We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales Representative who thrives in the field, builds real relationships with customers, and takes pride in helping homeowners keep their families safe and warm. If you love the combination of technical work + sales, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-home inspections of chimneys, fireplaces, and venting systems — no two days are the same!
- Educate homeowners on safety standards, maintenance needs, and the best solutions for their home.
- Prepare and present detailed estimates for repairs, cleanings, installations, and rebuilds.
- Close sales using a consultative, no-pressure approach — you're solving problems, not just selling.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing rooftops safely.
- Enjoy working both indoors and outdoors in a hands-on environment.

The wage advertised represents your training period compensation . This is a commission-based role upon the completion of training.
