Description Physical Therapist Motion Rehabilitation | Metro Atlanta, GA Full-Time | New Grads to Senior PTs Welcome | Up to $130,000 DOE + Performance Bonuses | Health Insurance | PTO | CE Support About Motion Rehabilitation Motion Rehabilitation is the physical therapy division of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks. Alongside AICA Orthopedics, we operate across 21 metro Atlanta locations - giving our PTs access to a fully integrated clinical ecosystem that most outpatient practices can't offer: in-house orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, and advanced imaging, all under one roof. This is outpatient orthopedic PT at a level of clinical depth and collaboration that's hard to find anywhere else in Atlanta. What you'll do Deliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programming Provide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patients Manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case treatment, documentation, and PI/third-party liability service line knowledge Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at your clinic location, clinically and administratively Collaborate daily with chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic providers, and specialists - this is a genuinely interdisciplinary environment Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours Target caseload of approximately 16-18 patients per day, scaling with clinic volume and support staffing Occasional travel to nearby Motion Rehabilitation locations for coverage as needed Maintain active Georgia PT license and fulfill all CE requirements Why Motion Rehabilitation Up to $130,000 base - competitive for outpatient ortho in Atlanta, with performance bonuses on top Integrated clinical environment: co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and chiropractors in the same network PI-focused caseload with clinical variety - from post-surgical rehab to concussion management to complex multi-trauma cases PTA support on-site so you can focus on evaluation, treatment, and clinical decision-making Strong administrative infrastructure: scheduling, billing, and front desk handled for you Growing network - ProCo is adding 3-5 new clinics in 2026 and 2027, creating real advancement opportunity Structured clinical onboarding and mentorship for new graduates led by our Lead PT, Anna Haley, PT, DPT Continuing education reimbursement and CE PTO Qualifications Master's or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Georgia PT license (or eligibility) 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred - new graduates with strong clinical rotations considered Personal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model required Strong manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation skills Excellent communicator - comfortable working with patients, PTAs, physicians, and leadership Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Compensation & benefits Base salary up to $130,000 depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses tied to patient visit volume and clinical outcomes Health insurance Paid time off Continuing education reimbursement + CE PTO Schedule Monday-Friday clinic schedule.
