The Sales/Installer will be responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle related to shutters and blinds from initial sales through installation and after-sales support. This role combines technical installation skills with customer service and sales expertise, requiring frequent local travel to complete installations and demonstrations. The Sales/Installer will utilize installation-specific tools and provide technical support while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide in-depth product demonstrations of shutters
• Perform shutter installations using specialized installation tools
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support throughout the process
• Process orders efficiently and accurately
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met during installations
• Manage scheduling to balance sales appointments and installation commitments
• Provide after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
