Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate financial records Process invoices, payments, and expense reports Reconcile accounts and prepare basic financial reports Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities Provide general accounting and administrative support Qualifications 1–3 years of prior accounting or bookkeeping experience Recent working experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Schedule & Compensation Part‑time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling – Monday – Friday) This position is expected to work in‑office on most days; therefore, you must be able to reliably commute to the office.
