The Bloomington-Normal YMCA seeks a Director of Annual Giving to lead the association's annual fundraising strategy, expand donor support, and strengthen stewardship. You will collaborate with the CEO, Sr. Director of Marketing and Brand Management, and the development team to build a sustainable, relationship-based culture of philanthropy that fuels program access and community initiatives. This role requires strategic planning, strong communication, and hands-on management of the annual giving #J-18808-Ljbffr
