What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, using advanced clinical skills
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and procedures
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health record system
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations throughout your shift

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, CPI (Blue Card)
• At least 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency with Epic documentation and electronic health records
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• TNCC certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Additional certifications in clinical specialties
