Primary Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs
- Assist patients with daily activities ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient status effectively to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to execute care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Adhere to infection control standards and keep work environments organized
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Active and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in your practicing state
- Experience is a plus, but passionate new grads are warmly welcomed!
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current and valid LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within healthcare teams.
