# Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery / LDRP RN – Tennessee**Start Date:** October 12, 2026 **Location:** Dickson, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays; LDRP unit with 9 beds, OR suite, and Level II NICU**Highlights:** - LDRP model providing continuity of care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum with couplet care- Patient ratios: 1:1 for active labors, inductions, and cesarean sections; 1:3 for couplet care- Specialized unit with CPN central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-medicine neonatology support, and bili-blankets- Joint Commission accredited facility with Level II Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Level II NICU designations- Documentation using Meditech and CPN systems- Work alongside experienced team members with an average of 30 years in Labor and Delivery nursing**Requirements:** - Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility- Labor and Delivery experience including labor, recovery, and newborn assessment and transition- BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required- Experience with inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil), shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and OB emergencies preferred- Knowledge of fetal monitoring, intra-uterine monitoring, and cesarean section procedures- Ability to float within facility as needed based on census**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers comprehensive LDRP experience in a supportive environment with seasoned preceptors who average 30 years of Labor and Delivery expertise.
