Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)

Starting Pay: $25/hour
Full-Time | Ability to work all shifts required | Assisted Living

Charter Senior Living is seeking a strong, compassionate Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to help lead our care team in Jackson, WI.

As the Resident Care Coordinator , you are the bridge between leadership and frontline care staff , ensuring high-quality care delivery and strong team performance.

You will:

• Oversee daily care operations within Assisted Living

• Lead, coach, and support caregiving staff

• Manage staff scheduling and coverage (including 2nd shift & NOC needs)

• Ensure quality care delivery and compliance with state regulations

• Partner closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD)

• Monitor resident care plans and ensure proper implementation

• Assist with training, mentoring, and performance management

• Step in as needed to support floor operations and resident care

• Supervise and coordinate care staff performance and accountability

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and scheduling efficiency

• Ensure documentation accuracy and care plan compliance

• Promote a culture aligned with Charter’s mission and core values

• Act as a resource and leader for all caregiving team members

• Support continuity of care across shifts , including evenings and overnight coverage

✔ Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care
✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
✔ Strong organizational and scheduling skills
✔ Ability to lead teams while maintaining hands-on support
✔ Passion for senior care and resident experience
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Flexibility to support 2nd shift and NOC operations
