We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting in Saint Louis, MO. Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
• Location: Saint Louis, Missouri 63128
• Setting: Rehabilitation / Long-Term Care
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,350 - $1,420

Job Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required; rehabilitation or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Comfortable providing compassionate care to patients with diverse rehabilitation needs
• Dependable, flexible, and committed to patient safety and quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a rehab and long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility procedures
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the appropriate team members
• Support recovery goals for patients with stroke, orthopedic, neurological, and other rehabilitation needs
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families
