Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Evening shifts, weekdays & weekends required

ServiceMaster is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners . We’ll provide all the necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability!

Responsibilities include:

Lead a crew of 5-10 people
General cleaning and demo/trash removal
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
Washing walls, windows, ceilings
Dusting furniture and wiping surfaces
Operating cleaning machines (we will train!)

Pay & Benefits:

Starting at $19-$20 per hour

Requirements:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification
- ServiceMaster will cover the cost if you need to get certified
Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
Evening and weekend availability required
Must wear ServiceMaster-provided uniform
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs

Preferred:

Floor & carpet care experience (not required — we train the right candidates!)
Reliable transportation
