Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM until 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM

• Rotating call required 2 weeks per month

• 3 years of experience required

• Neurovascular experience preferred

• VA license required

• Required certifications: ARRT CI, BLS, ACLS

• Epic experience required

• First time traveler will be considered

• Work with patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Perform special procedures including interventional radiology and neurovascular procedures

• Skills include angioplasty, carotid stenting, embolization, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, TIPS procedures, and vertebroplasty

• Maintain equipment and inventory, prep access sites, and perform room circulation

• EKG testing required with 80% pass rate - one attempt only with no remediation available

• Complete 3 hours of billable modules pre-start

• Must pass fit testing with no PAPR accommodation available

• No license or background hits will be accepted

This medical center provides comprehensive interventional radiology and special procedures services with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The facility offers a full range of cardiovascular and neurovascular interventional procedures, supported by interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and utilizes Epic charting systems for comprehensive patient management.
