Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly desired
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A passion for supporting children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify strengths, challenges, and recommended interventions
• Develop individualized treatment plans in line with educational goals and IEP requirements
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create positive learning environments
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and staff development as needed
• Provide resources and guidance to staff and families to support student success
