About the Role
The Company is seeking a transformational Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the human capital strategy for its integrated health system. The CHRO will be a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board, overseeing the development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategies that align with the organization's mission, culture, and long-term vision. This role is pivotal in shaping the future workforce, particularly in the context of significant integration efforts across technology, operations, and culture. The successful candidate will partner with leaders to create a high-performing, unified workforce capable of supporting the organization's growth and will be responsible for executive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and navigating complex change. The ideal CHRO for the company will have a passion for rural and frontier medicine, significant experience in leading HR within a complex healthcare organization, and a strong background in business acumen, executive coaching, and collaborative leadership. The role requires a data-driven, relationship-oriented leader who is committed to building a culture where teams succeed together. The CHRO will also ensure that workforce strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and culture remain central priorities, and will be instrumental in the continued transformation of the organization into a fully integrated health system.
