What We’re Looking For (The Requirements) Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required. (At this time, we are not seeking new graduates for this specific PRN role). Licensure: Current, valid Tennessee RDH license with required Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials. Productivity Mindset: An ability to manage your column efficiently while maintaining meticulous periodontal charting and patient education.
