LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Day Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing compassionate and professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved techniques. Delegate and oversee daily care duties of nursing assistants and hospitality aides. Participate in care planning and evaluate residents' physical and psychological needs. Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and physician visits. Ensure confidentiality of resident and personnel information. Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and procedures. Perform other duties as directed by supervision. Qualifications & Skills Valid LPN license in the state of practice. Strong judgment, initiative, dependability, and communication skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and respond quickly in emergencies.
