Hughes Honda is hiring a Product / Internet Sales Specialist to connect with online and phone customers, answer their questions, and guide them from first inquiry to the sale. What You'll Do

·        Respond quickly to internet leads, phone-ups, and online inquiries

·        Build rapport, answer product questions, and get customers excited about the right Honda

·        Set and confirm appointments, welcome customers, present and demonstrate vehicles

·        Follow up consistently so no customer falls through the cracks

·        Learn the Honda lineup inside and out so you're the product expert customers trust

What We're Looking For

·        Experience is not required. We'll train the right person — if you have the aptitude, work ethic, and people skills, we'll teach you the rest

·        Comfortable and confident communicating by phone, text, email, and in person

·        Organized, responsive, and genuinely enjoys helping people

·        Coachable and motivated to grow — especially if a traditional commission plan didn't give you the runway to develop

·        Valid GA driver's license and clean driving record

·        CRM or online-sales experience a plus (but not necessary)
