Conduct new‑hire orientation for all team members, including Lewis employees, subcontractor employees, vendors and other site visitors. Safety Audits Several times a day, observe work activities on site and evaluate whether they are performed safely. Document both positive and corrective safety observations in the Company safety system. Ensure safety violations are corrected.
