Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Reporting in Hazleton PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location where you will conduct routine patrols monitor assigned areas and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. This role offers the chance to support access awareness deliver outstanding customer service and be part of a team that leads with agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas common spaces loading areas parking locations and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry permissions for employees visitors and vendors helping to support authorized access and orderly site operations.
- Observe and report facility-related concerns suspicious activity and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
